I am very happy to announce that the Kingston Chamber Choir will play a crucial role int he Pro Musica International High School Choral Festival that will bring together 150 students from across North America for a week of choral rehearsals, workshops, and performance at Queen's University, and Albany, New York.
This amazing festival will provide students with the opportunity to learn from some of North America's most distinguished faculty, and perform in world class venues.
The Kingston Chamber Choir will occupy a pivotol role providing music for the opening concert, mentoring students throughout the festival, and providing festival support.
This week-long festival begins with a choral institute at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts (IBCPA) at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and culminates with a grand Festival Chorus performance with The Philadelphia Orchestra at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) in Saratoga Springs, New York.
